Any entry or construction activities on Omega managed property for any purpose must be authorized by the property owner, or its agent, in writing. Written authorization is typically obtained through a Temporary Entry Permit or License Agreement.
The applicant must submit the completed application, plan and profile drawings, scope of work and copy of existing agreement (if applicable) via the links below and make payment of the minimum application fee by check as follows.
Applications may be subject to additional requirements and/or fees. The application fee is non-refundable and subject to change.
